Deleting your data

There are three ways, depending on what you want removed. All of them are free and none of them require you to explain yourself.

1. Delete your Pickser account

In the app:

  1. open your profile — the rightmost item in the bottom menu, or the only screen if you are using the broadcaster version;
  2. tap the menu in the top right corner;
  3. choose Delete account;
  4. confirm with your password.

This happens immediately. What exactly is erased and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

2. Disconnect Instagram

If you connected an Instagram account, you can remove Pickser from Instagram itself: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Pickser. Meta notifies our server and we delete the fingerprint of your Instagram identifier.

You can also request that directly, without the app: api.pickser.live/instagram/deletion. The page gives you a confirmation code you can keep.

3. Ask us

If you cannot reach the app for any reason — you lost the password, the phone, or access to the email — write to support@pickser.live from the address the account was created with, and we will do it for you.

About the people in your draws. Names, phone numbers and receipt numbers of participants never reach our servers at all — they stay on the organiser's phone. There is nothing for us to delete, and no request to us can remove them. They disappear when the organiser deletes the app or the file.

The one exception is the winner's phone number at the moment of a call: it passes through our call server and is held in memory only until the call ends.

Способа три, смотря что именно нужно убрать. Все бесплатные, и объяснять причину ни в одном из них не требуется.

1. Удалить учётную запись Pickser

В приложении:

  1. откройте свой профиль — крайний пункт нижнего меню, либо единственный экран, если у вас версия для ведущего;
  2. нажмите меню в правом верхнем углу;
  3. выберите Удалить учётную запись;
  4. подтвердите паролем.

Происходит сразу. Что именно стирается, а что остаётся, написано в политике конфиденциальности.

2. Отключить Instagram

Если вы подключали аккаунт Instagram, убрать Pickser можно в нём самом: Настройки → Разрешения для сайтов → Приложения и сайты, затем удалить Pickser. Meta сообщит об этом нашему серверу, и мы удалим отпечаток вашего опознавателя в Instagram.

Можно попросить об этом и напрямую, без приложения: api.pickser.live/instagram/deletion. Страница выдаст код подтверждения, который можно сохранить.

3. Написать нам

Если до приложения по какой-то причине не добраться — потерян пароль, телефон или доступ к почте — напишите на support@pickser.live с того адреса, на который заведена запись, и мы сделаем это за вас.

Про участников ваших розыгрышей. Имена, телефоны и номера чеков участников до наших серверов не доходят вовсе — они остаются на телефоне организатора. Удалять нам нечего, и никакое обращение к нам их не уберёт. Они исчезают, когда организатор удаляет приложение или сам файл.

Единственное исключение — номер победителя в момент звонка: он проходит через наш сервер звонков и живёт в памяти только до конца разговора.
